A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the Copyright Act, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
We will process your claim as soon as possible. If the infringing material is removed, we will notify the uploader of the material and provide them with an opportunity to file a counter-notice. If the uploader files a counter-notice, we will forward it to you and provide you with an opportunity to seek a court order to prevent the infringing material from being restored to the Website.
