Refund Policy
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, refund requests must be submitted in writing to julie@diamondbilliards.com by Dec. 31, 2023. Keep in mind that cancellations will incur a $25.00 cancellation fee, plus the $10.00 registration fee. No refunds will be issued after the specified date. Cancellations at the event will not be accepted, so plan accordingly.

Dress Code Updates

Players not adhering to the dress code will receive a verbal warning, with a second violation resulting in unsportsmanlike conduct.
